    I have a great time training with Stef, it is a super tough workout but you can tell she practices what she preaches because she does almost every exercise with you. And even though the work out is tough the time usually goes by pretty quick because we do so many different exercises. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. And the Internet also I guess.

    Stefanie is a great trainer. I was pushed to my limits and beyond every session (in a good way). We did combinations of weights and cardio and she explains and demonstrates all of the exercises really well. Stefanie is also easy to talk to and get along with, which I think is important in a personal trainer.

She is patient, though and she is going to push you to your limit! You will appreciate her after work out!!! It works so well both physically and mentally.
