I have a great time training with Stef, it is a super tough workout but you can tell she practices what she preaches because she does almost every exercise with you. And even though the work out is tough the time usually goes by pretty quick because we do so many different exercises. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. And the Internet also I guess.

Stefanie is a great trainer. I was pushed to my limits and beyond every session (in a good way). We did combinations of weights and cardio and she explains and demonstrates all of the exercises really well. Stefanie is also easy to talk to and get along with, which I think is important in a personal trainer.

One of the things I like most about training with her is that she always planned our training sessions to be fun and hard core at the same. More importantly, she always trained with me so that makes me feel very comfortable because its not like other training experiences where the trainer just stand there and tell you what to do. I originally signed up for training sessions to make sure I was getting a good workout once a week while healing a shoulder injury. My intention had been to do just a few training sessions. However, my sessions with Stefanie were so helpful and so enjoyable I ended up scheduling regular weekly sessions with her for as long as I could. Stefanie is a very gifted fitness trainer and Instructor. Stefanie has terrific energy that boosts the energy of whoever she is working with. The “energy” of an instructor is 90% of what makes you choose one Instructor over another. Stefanie keeps it fun by enthusiastically “changing it up” introducing new ways of working out so sessions are never boring. As a Teacher of a physical practice myself, I was really impressed by the depth of her own physical practices and her endless creativity in designing workouts that were original and made me want to work out. She listens to you and your body and adjusts workouts to give you the ideal level of challenge for what’s going on with you that day. She gently invites you to challenge yourself which is very motivating. It takes sensitivity and good judgment to offer the right amount of challenge to a client and Stefanie has great instincts in this area.
