Yoga for Bliss has been helping to improve the well-being of the Riverdale and Yonkers community for over 16 years.
Whether it's a private session, small or large group, or yoga at work, we use several locations to offer you weekly classes in various styles of yoga:
Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Chair or Gentle yoga.
We also offer classes in meditation and stress management.
Within the structure of our classes, you can work at your own ability level in a non-competitive, peaceful atmosphere, discovering your own journey towards health, balance, and bliss.
Our certified, highly competent, and attentive instructors will do their best to enable you get the most benefit from each class.

Neem is the director of Yoga for Bliss and first started practicing yoga at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in London in her teens. She has been teaching Hatha Yoga for 19 years and is certified with The Yoga for Health Foundation in England and with the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City.
Neem is also a certified Yoga Therapist. She teaches Level 1, mixed ability, gentle, chair yoga, meditation, and stress management. "It's so wonderful to have been able to create a yoga and wellness community in Riverdale and Yonkers!"
