I played football all my life, with martial arts experience along with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu background, and I have built a strong fitness foundation in my career. I have devised a program that can place any person within a very specific arrangement of flexibility, balance, core, muscle strength, cardiovascular, and performance-based exercises.

Motivation is something that wanes quickly, particularly if you haven't made regular exercise and following a healthy eating plan a habit before.
