I have over 18 years experience in martial arts and self-defense. My teaching approach is simple, effective, and easy to retain, while giving any student the tools they need to face a violent confrontation. I am certified by Krav Maga Worldwide, a black belt in American Kenpo, and have trained in Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, and western boxing.
I enjoy empowering people to have the confidence in their ability to protect themselves.
