Founded in 2010, Jiu Jitsu Nation, located in Smyrna, Tennessee and surrounding areas, provides world-class martial arts instruction for adults and kids. They offer a variety of programs including after school classes, self-defense training, and competitive Jiu Jitsu. Their experienced and decorated instructors create a safe, clean, and friendly environment, fostering personal development for people of all skill levels. Students also get the opportunity to compete across the nation. Prospective members are welcome to join a free week class trial.
