About
Francisco Casabal.
As an artist, I paint and design following my heart; as a yogi I am my heart.
I practice a blend of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga; Yin Yoga; Somatic Yoga and Kum Nye meditation, styles to balm the spirit, focus the mind, and strengthen the body.
I believe in the importance of breathing and meditation that will make you leave the session with a new completely relaxed sensation and a better conscious of within.
MAIA YOGA PHILOSOPHY
Teaching from the heart helps me to be natural and spontaneous in the classroom. Letting my students increase strength, flexibility, and peace of mind.
My intention is to teach the student to learn how to listen to their heart. If you don ́t listen you can ́t hear. When you do it, everything comes together.
For me Yoga means Union with myself and the Universe. Union with everything. Union with this exactly instant that you are reading my CV.
To live my morning with a transparent mind.
To live life with an open heart.
To be able to forgive.
To be able to love without been loved.
To be able to say always the true.
To be always grateful.
To be open and stop judging.
To understand life and live it,
not try to comprehend it.
To release all memories and obstacles
from the past that has been causing strong negative attachment.
Welcome all changes, adventures and opportunities.
I open my mind to grow mentally and get better physically.
To feel finally light and free.
To feel your smile as you breathe.

I work with patients of Cancer and survivors. When you are holding the hand of someone that is ready to let go after a long battle and you look into their eyes and you see that you were part of that incredible peace of mind of someone that is not afraid to die because she or he finally understood that it ́s just another step, you know that you did your job. The work I do is not a work is my life; and I love life!
