I love to pass along my passion of Yoga to my students. It's so refreshing to see students engaged and enjoying classes and seeing growth happen over time. I am certified through Yoga Alliance with a 200 hour certification and am in the process of adding various add-ons for prenatal classes, children's yoga, therapy yoga for depression and anxiety.
