About
I have always had a strong desire to enhance my proficiency as a health and wellness professional. From advanced certifications, establishing an exercise physiology club during undergrad, and pursuing my master's degree in Health & Kinesiology, my ultimate goal is to be able to share my knowledge and experience to a much larger audience.
I have over 12 years of experience working as a fitness professional. Everything from working at local corporate gyms, independently at various private studios, and the honor of being asked to assist the strength and conditioning program at the collegiate level. These experiences have allowed me to possess a strong working knowledge of the fitness and nutrition industry.
Growing up, I came from a very culturally diverse background. Having parents from different ethnicities as well as two little sisters with disabilities, and a strong academic background has afforded me a unique ability to relate, and communicate efficiently with individuals from all walks of life.
