About
We are a Safe Sport School and proud members of USA Taekwondo the National Governing Body of Taekwondo. I am a former Olympic Training Center Resident. I lived at the training center for 2 years. I qualified for the Olympics in 2004, 2008 and 2012. I've won numerous gold medals at National Championships, have been on the USA National Team several times and won Bronze at the World University Games. My Coach was the Former USA Taekwondo National Team Coach, who is a World Champion. I teach Olympic Style Taekwondo, Traditional Taekwondo and I train students for USA competition. Jr. Olympics and National Championships.
I am dedicated and enjoy very much encouraging hope and confidence in each and everyone of my students, to become a leader to be smart and to not be afaird to be great. This is what make me proud of what I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introducing a student to the class to help them feel comfortable first. the student will then join the class to learn basic taekwondo moves. Only online classes at this time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Olympic Athlete. I started Taekwondo when I was 9. I have been Competing and been surround by Olympics all my life. I studied law and tv production. inducted into the International Taekwondo Hall Of Fame
