I am a very caring and supportive teacher. I pride myself on how my students receive the teachings and their overall well-being. I came to yoga for a way to go inward and find my true self and although I am still on my journey, I am more then able to assist someone that’s also looking for a yoga teacher. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We sit and talk. I will ask questions about why the need yoga and what are their physical limitations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 200 hour teacher training from FLOW YOGA CENTER in Washington DC.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just go with your vibe. A person can tell your anything but your intuition should ultimately be your guide.
