About
My Vinyasa practice style is very grounding. My focus is primarily relaxation, with a hearty mix of physical challenge and passive stretching. I like to ensure clients are SAFE in their movement, and comfortable flowing through poses without feeling the need to excessively strive for advanced/difficult poses. My service stands out because my classes are accessible and relaxing, but certainly not boring!
As my own practice expanded I discovered joy as a new baseline emotionally. I enjoy the nurturing and healing aspect of the yoga practice an am eager to share the experience.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For private clients I create a baseline practice to assess how they move through a traditional yoga class, assess and observe their practice, then begin tailoring classes to their needs based on level of experience, injuries, fitness goals, etc.
I prefer contact prior to meeting a private client for the first time via phone, email, or preferably in person.
For small groups/studio instructor positions/substitutions/ special events I also prefer contact prior to meeting a private client for the first time via phone, email, or preferably in person to discuss details and expectations.
Business jargon aside, I am flexible with times and rates, and am generally easy going.
