Alexercise Yoga And Aerial
About
My classes create stress reduction and flexibility by emphasizing mobility and dance like movement. I try to create a balance between strength and flexibility, in a lighthearted atmosphere.
i have taught yoga for several years locally, and currently practice aerial silks and acrobatics. I teach private and classes Hatha and Vinyasa Uoga snd beginning Aerial Silks at my home.
I love to see that aha moment of joy when a student learns something new or has found new strength or released fear in a movement or asana.
