I enjoy learning about each clients individual needs & intentions for the yoga practice, supporting their drive for a healthy and happy life. My teaching style is friendly but informative to keep my students in the know and to guide them to a higher awareness of body connection, through breath practices, moving meditations, and more. Yoga is a a way of living, a discovery and expression of yourself; so I guide my students to find the practice supports their uniqueness. My background is in nursing and mental health so and now am a full time Yoga Instructor. I believe yoga is for any body, so I work from whatever level you're in, assist any limitations w/props to modify each practice w/ you. Nutrition and health coaching is also available.
I enjoy witnessing the amazing changes, plus how much my clients encourage others. This domino effect of positivity and encouragement especially in the community is what drives me.
