I am thankful to God that I met one of my Guru Jay Kalathil at the right time I needed. I like his teachings of Ashtanga Yoga, he covers all aspects of Yoga which helped me to understand what is necessary in this world, how to be content in life and how can practice to view life in broad perspective. Mostly I like his Vedanta teachings on Monday evenings, I keep repeatedly hear on recordings in Mixlr, I relate my life's experiences with his teaching and his recommendations helps to achieve my higher goals and stay away from this worldly temporary happenings.
