About
I teach yoga as a tool to wellness for all bodies, genders, and ages. I'm highly trained and a certified teacher of teachers as an E-RYT500. I support students to move towards optimal wellness, whether by increasing mobility, strength, or both, while incorporating breathing techniques and meditation into a holistic routine. My philosophy is that a consistent practice can come in all shapes and forms but should always leave one feeling better, and that's what I offer to my students. It doesn't need to be fancy, but in needs to work for you.
I've trained under leading yoga therapists in the US and under instructors in India. I've been teaching yoga actively since 2014 and practicing for over 16 years. My students work with me for many years, but always start at the beginning.
