I help women eliminate their own suffering and teach them how to step into their grateness, to unleash thier inner warrior. We do this through meditation, yoga and dance.
Also as part of my monthly subscription you have access to pop up events I host locally to bring our tribe of warriors together. The last two were at 50 West Winery for yoga and wine tasting.
I love connecting with women. I love seeing supporting them on their journey as they discover how truly magnificant they are. I love seeing them unleash their power and be set free.
