Anastasia Certified Yoga /Lyra Instructor

My name is Anastasiia and I have been doing ballet all my life in Moscow, Russia. Recently I have moved to the US as I got a Green Card and I still feel like spreading my knowledge about the body and flexibility here in the USA. Before moving I was working for 5 years as Yoga and Lyra(Aerial hoop) Instructor in Russia.

Moreover, I got certified as a yoga instructor in India so if you are interested in some other concepts as Pranayama( breathing techniques), Mantras, Chakra knowledge, I can be the one who can really help you!

So everything just depends on your aim . We will discuss everything and we will creat a lesson plan which will suit your needs and body type.

I love watching my student grow through my instructions, improving their flexibility and being inspired.

I have my own Lyra Hoop with me and a nice cozy studio for personal instruction.
