Anna Sun Yoga Magick

I combine POWER YOGA with my endless love for spiritual wisdom. Where physicality and philosophy meet, your body will communicate with you and give you all of the secrets to living in harmony. I show you how to live in your heart in order to understand this form of communication. The only way to get true, lasting results is to connect to your higher self , electrify your heart center and let that energy propel you to your individuality.

I began a consistent practice in 2015 Sid Yoga Towson. Every morning at least six days a week I walked to that studio and sweat my heart out. My best friend relationship with myself gave me the passion to commit and see how good I could get. A little over a year later, before graduating the University with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts: Painting , I was able to also graduate from my 200 hour Teacher Training and start teaching right away.

Sid Yoga studio is closely inspired by Baron Baptiste and it is different in a lot of ways. The hot yoga flow is geared towards power, linking your breath to your movement and electrifying EVERY CELL in your body from your core to your fingertips.
