I provide individual as well as group classes for yoga. I focus on an individuals specific needs. My teaching style is lighthearted and instructional focusing on alignment and breath. I enjoy guiding you through both heated vinyasa and gentle yoga flow. I believe yoga is accessible to all Populations. I am a 200 hr Ryt through the Yoga Alliance. I have a FB page; All About Yoga. I teach at Vint Hill Yoga in Friday’s at 9 am, Haymarket Jazztstudio on Tuesday’s at 10:20 and will begin teaching atCentwr Street Pilates in Manassas February 21 at 9:30.
