I am a Registered Yoga teacher (RYT 500 hour). When working with a client, I see them as a whole being. I help clients find practice that helps them recover from physical pains/aches, mental/emotional distress, anxiety & stress and find peace and ease in their being.
What I enjoy most about the work I do is seeing positive & significant change in my clients physical and mental wellbeing by implementing and embracing the small shifts in their daily habitual patterns. I enjoy working one-on-one and in a small setting to guide and empower my clients. The time spent working together is a container of space and trust. As a guide, it is a priviledge to walk beside them in their journey towards wellbeing and ease.
Privates with Faria is so great! I learned how to deal with my anxiety and everyday stress using simple movement and breath techniques. I love how Faria can simplify the practices and make them accessible. I look forward to our weekly sessions as I know this is the time when I get 100% undivided attention and it renews me. As we age, we sometimes loose touch with ourselves. I am so happy that my friend recommended me to try a few private sessions with Faria as it has now turned into very therapeutic and much needed weekly session for me.
I found Faria to be an amazing and inspirational instructor. She is truly passionate about practicing yoga and sharing the teachings of it. I enjoy taking her classes and look forward to attending them with any opportunity I find. There was a time I had trouble falling asleep; but after practicing restorative yoga and a body scan meditation with her I found lots of ease and relaxation that helped me in finally have a restful night of sleep. I admire her teachings and how she keeps them simple but effective. I highly recommend her - I am sure you won't be disappointed!
Faria went above and beyond to figure out what I needed most for my yoga experience. I am a newbie to Yoga and Faria made sure to explain everything to me and made the most of our virtual experience due to Covid.
