I am a Registered Yoga teacher (RYT 500 hour). When working with a client, I see them as a whole being. I help clients find practice that helps them managr recover their physical pains/aches and injury, mental/emotional distress, anxiety & stress and find peace and ease in their being.
What I enjoy most about the work I do is seeing positive & significant change in my clients physical and mental wellbeing by implementing and embracing the small shifts in their daily habitual patterns. I enjoy working one-on-one and in a small setting to guide and empower my clients. The time spent working together is a container of space and trust. As a guide, it is a priviledge to walk beside them in their journey towards wellbeing and ease.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In our first session, we will discuss your goals and objectives. Together we will come up with a plan and practice that works best for you and will help you move forward with ease and awareness in your mind and body.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hour in Befriending Yoga Therapy. I am also certified in Trauma informed yoga, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Pranayama, and meditation.
