I love helping people find themsleves. Several years ago when I discovered yoga, I realized I had lost who I was. Yoga helped me to find myself again. This is what I enjoy helping people do, through yoga and natural essential oils it is possible to live again and enjoy life each day to your fullest potential.

My typical process for working with a new student to to access their needs and their ability. People come to yoga and natural health alternatives for various reasons. It is my job to help them feel as comfortable as I can.
