How did you get started teaching?

I began my inner journey years ago and found Yoga as a huge part of my awakening. I decided to widen my knowledge and practice of Yoga which lead me to become a certified Instructor.

What types of students have you worked with?

I work with Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced students. Also teenagers.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would recomend each student to know exactly what they are looking to gain out of their Yoga practice for mind and body. Also it is imoortant to communicate about any past or current medical conditions.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Students should ask about any specific wants and needs they may have regards to how Yoga can serve them. Remember Yoga is very beneficial for all aspects of life and that can be applied in each class we experience.
