I am passionate about teaching Yoga for beginners. Nurturing style that pushes students to discover their edges and grow their practices in a safe environment.
I am a certified Yoga alliance RYT 200 Yoga, prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Kids Yoga.
My classes are completely alignment-centered, mindful flow & restoration classes encourage deep breathing and mindful movements, in order to awaken students inner-self awareness.
