My fitness studio is private eliminating intimidation of the equipment or judgements by others so you will feel comfortable, not distracted by loud clanging weights or loud music.
One of my primary concerns for my clients is muscular imbalance as these may result in pain while performing daily life activities. It improves your posture, boosting self-confidence and decreases pain while strengthening the weaker muscles for improved movement to progressively perform exercises to attain your goal.
Your health and safety are my main concerns towards you attaining your goal.
I enjoy helping others. Learning about the obstacles and challenges they have faced and assisting them with tools they may choose from that fits their lifestyle.
I understand how confusing fitness is as we're bombarded with information from the internet and Tv with gimmicks that use a one size fits all mentality that simply doesn't work for everyone.
I know what it's like to be quite overweight, or injured, and with limited mobility. Those experiences have made me empathetic and compassionate. This is why I became interested in fitness and sought education. I believe knowledge and inspiration, with motivation and dedication, is how goals are attained.
