About
I specialize in teaching to people with minor to major health issues as well as maintaining health and prenatal yoga. I have multiple certifications in meditation, Pranayama, Prenatal and Postpartum yoga. There is great benefit to learning how to manage stress and anxiety. Students will feel relaxed physically and mentally and I give a lot of personal attention and modifications when needed. It all comes from the heart and I always look forward to meeting new people and feel joy when Yoga has improved quality of life.
