In my classes, I put great emphasis on personal care and attention to find the best yoga poses and positive lifestyle habits for every individual. I always adjust the classes to the needs, skills, and problems that my students have so that they can feel safe and progress quickly in meditation and yoga.
My classes typically combine yoga, self-massage, deep relaxation, meditation, and discussions on how to improve life quality by implementing positive habits and a healthy diet.
The yoga studio at Los Altos Hills has a beautiful yoga and meditation classroom nested in the natural environment of trees and wildlife.
I love guiding people on the spiritual path and see how their life positively transforms when they incorporate meditation and other yoga practice into their daily routine. I find that everyone that I meet has a tremendous potentiality latent in them and once they start being aware of their deeper Self and connection to the Supreme their life becomes blissful and they can transmit that joy to others through their family, work and service.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I work with a new student, we first go through any health issues or injuries, try a few easy yoga poses and simple meditation process. Then gradually as we start to know each other better I will add more specific yoga poses that are suitable for their body and mind. And if they like meditation then they can learn more advanced techniques as they progress in their daily meditation routine. I have also a strong background in health and nutrition and may give some advice on adopting a healthy diet and other life habits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2000 - 2005. Ananda Marga training for full-time teachers (Acarya.)
2006 - 2013. Teaching yoga and meditation in Taiwan and Russia.
2013 - present. Teaching yoga and meditation in the USA.
2015: Children Yoga Certification Training with Little Flower Yoga, levels 1 - 3.
2018: Yoga Alliance 200 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher Training. I completed the practical part but still have to complete the written part. Will finish that in summer 2019.
