About
I personal train clients one-on-one or in groups, helping them with their form and making sure the exercises on done correctly based on their goals. I train all types of exercises- muscle building, endurance/ sprint training, and high intensity interval training for those who prefer a quick but effective workout. I also offer recovery services including assisted stretching, percussive therapy, myofascial release and compression therapy. Recovery is just as important as training especially they are most effective done together!
I enjoy helping people acheive their goals through fitness and recovery. It is amazing to see how people progress and how they enjoy the journey of it. I love to see consistency with my clients and also how much they can achieve.
