Z Ultimate Self Defense Studios (MPA Karate)

"Z" Menlo Park is a part of the community. We work with local family and friends, schools and businesses. We have group classes, private lessons, special needs class, birthday parties and Ninja Movie Night(MNM) which everyone is welcome to join. Our dojo offers lessons to all ages, men, women and children.

We get to share the martial arts, respect, humility, effort, we make it fun but you train hard, and its also valuble in the every day life. Sharing all these things to make our students confident and happy!
