I aim to help every person I work with achieve their personal wellness goals, and to feel empowered and supported along the way, whether it be through practicing yoga or fitness related activities like resistance training or HIIT.
Outdoor and indoor lessons available.
Fitness is a passion and yoga is a lifestyle. Both require us to commit to new, health promoting habits that challenge us and bring us beyond our comfort zone.
This translates into other areas of our life and can be deeply enriching and transformative. I am grateful to be a support system for those who are up for the challenge!

How did you get started teaching?
Teaching was a natural progression for me. As I continue to learn and grow, my desire to share and my ever-growing passion for health motivates me to build a healthy, thriving community via teaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a range of experiences as well as a variety of age groups, from teenagers to elderly, and everything in between.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be honest about your goals and communicate what you expect and what you like.
