I aim to help every person I work with achieve their personal wellness goals, and to feel empowered and supported along the way, whether it be through practicing yoga or fitness related activities like resistance training or HIIT.

Outdoor and indoor lessons available. 

Yoga is an amazing science and art that is useful for every practitioner, no matter what your fitness level is. 

A little support from teachers and the community can be the boost we need to go beyond what we are familiar with. I enjoy being part of that support system and assisting people in achieving their physical fitness goals and establishing overall wellness through mind, body, and perhaps spiritual, integration.

Being an instructor/teacher brings much joy and excitement into daily life.
