I specialize in strength, movement, active mobility, and yoga. My style doesn't focus on beating my clients up each session. Instead, I work with clients to build solid foundations in strength using bodyweight progressions and quality form free weight exercises that can be applied to any sport or activity.
I'm serious and passionate about what I teach, but do so in an upbeat and light-herted way. The focus, which is often imparted upon my clients, is about learning from the process, instead of rushing to the outcome.
