I generally have a theme to my yoga classes like spine twisting, hip opening, back extension, etc. and build on the theme throughout the class so that the culmination poses are achievable. In pilates I have my own stye of teaching where all the work is initiated from the core, not the extremeties. I also specialize in stretching and target areas that complement the needs of each individual's body as wel as combating the ill effects of sitting. I also instill a sense of community thru my teaching, so that everyone feels welcome in my classes and it's easy to make new friends. In my personal trianing I get to focus on you alone, so I definitey tailor the workout to you. And my workouts are different each week, using variuos pieces of equipment to work different areas of the anatomy.
