Was looking for some extra basketball training for my two sons, ages 14 and 11. My older son has played several years with his school, so was a bit more for refining his skills. My younger son hasnt played before, so is really starting from scratch.

Jerome has helped both of their skills as well as their confidence. He was able to work both of them equally well in the same session, despite their difference in ability. Have really enjoyed working with him. Highly recommend!

Coach Jerome has been working with my 10 year old son for basketball training and I just asked about batting coaching for my 6 year old son since weve had such a great experience. My son has grown tremendously in his basketball skills and would not be scoring the points he is without Coach Jerome. He also just genuinely enjoys training with him because he is a wonderful coach and person. On my end, I have had a great experience with communication, scheduling, and just positive interactions in general. Once again, I highly recommend!!

Ive been signing my daughter up for about a year now, and its been a wonderful experience. Weve worked with Dru and Shelya, and they are both excellent instructors. They each have a strong, warm, and positive presence.

They are always prepared, are motivating, and their classes are super engaging. We have loved working with them!

If youre thinking about about joining Goat Kids or Goat Gainz, do it!

My boys did the soccer/t-ball program with Coach Sarah. My 5 year old in particular had so much fun!

Coach Sarah was so lovely and did a great job teaching the little ones basic skills while also letting them be little kids and just have fun! I highly recommend Goat Gainz and especially Coach Sarah.

In fact, the other coaches that helped out with the kids were wonderful too! Christian and Claire were friendly and would try to include the kids who were getting distracted. The coaches engaged with the little ones and always encouraged them!

Looking forward to other activities my boys can participate in.

lerome has just started training my 13 year old son one on one to get him moving and learning all the fundamentals of football. He has a way with him thats amazing. He pushes my boy to his limits and then pushes past that to elevate him to new levels of strength and athleticism. He is bringing out a joy and a confidence in my kid who just wanted to get active and to get better at football but needed the right person to help him and they are a perfect fit!

Jerome has been a star athlete and fitness enthusiast his whole life! He channeled this passion into teaching youth sports and instructing group classes for various gyms & studios. During this duration he formed lifelong bonds and changed the lives of numerous clients. Eventually, he outgrew gym life and it became evident that there was much more that he had to offer to his valued community than could fit confided between the four walls and dim lighting of a studio. Hence, Train Goat Gainz was born! Please check out our website to meet all of our team! We now work with students at over 35 various schools and youth organizations.
