I had such a beautiful experience with Malinda. She has such a welcoming, calming, and understanding presence, and you can truly feel how much she cares about the people she works with. Malinda is really easy to work with. She makes you feel good about your body movement, and how to improve not only your body but mind too. I found the individual and small group classes to be fun, like Tai Chi, and yoga. Malinda is so well trained in her practices that she can keep you interested, and keeps you wanting to keep practicing.

Malinda uses her knowledgeable, experienced, and adaptable. I am a lifelong athlete, but experience daily joint and muscle pain. Her yoga and tai chi classes help relieve my pain, provide tools to help me sleep, and improved my body awareness. Malinda is attentive and provides adjustment options that improve the effectiveness of yoga positions without increasing strain. I highly recommend her classes!
