Hello I’m Shihan Patrick Gallagher Jr. I’ve been a student of the martial arts since the age of 5, starting my journey in Queens NYC. I’ve trained with many real deal instructors growing up from O’Sensei Ronal Duncan, Shihan Felix Vazquez, Shihan Robert Hernandez, SiGung Gregg Zilb just to name a few. I focus on Street effective self defense, improvised weapons, traditional weapons, stand up/ ground fighting.
