Super knowledgeable instructor. Very encouraging even for beginners. He is also a seasoned fighter, walking the walk. He knows what to tell you to get you to the next level and from experience he knows what I needed to learn. I could never had learned all this from YouTube.

Ray is very passionate about teaching and really pays a lot of attention to us when we train. Since hes been competing for most of his life hes very well versed on what works and what doesnt. When he tells you about a technique he walks through it repeatedly so you see why it works and why each part matters. The attentiveness is really good and the ability to really train by having an equal understanding.
