We provide fitness, exercise, safety, and self defense to individuals with Autism and Specialneeds as well as the general population and all ages. Jason Miletsky developed the Exceptional Fitness Structured System through his experience as a Behavior Therapist, ESE Teacher and fitness and self defense, and crisis management professional. We individualize our support and programs for all levels.
