About
Yoga and Meditation came into my life at a very stessful transition. As my yoga journey began, slowly but surely I started handling every day with a calmer way of being. We tend to go through life living in our heads, yoga and breath work is one of the tools to get you out of your headspace and bring the awareness to your heart space.
My goal for my students is to align you with the highest potential of yourself, so you are able to go through life with a joyous, healthy attitude. Being able to handle a stressful situation with a loving and a peaceful resolution.
I enjoy seeing my students grow from the practice I provide. Seeing most individuals leaving all of their problems on the mat and at the end of the practice having that calm and free demeanor, connecting to themselves inhibited by nothing.

Getting aquanted with ones individual strengths and weaknesses to better assist in providing the correct posture and it's benefits.

200hr RYT Yoga Alliance Certified.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons - $50.00
Group lessons start from $150 for first 10 people, additional $10.00 surcharge per person there after.
