I have practiced yoga since 2008 and completed my RYT-200 hr teaching certification in 2016. Over the past few years, I have discovered my true passion lies in meditation and mindfulness.
Through yoga and meditation, I have been able to manage stress from everyday triggers, navigate a high intensity corporate job, and overall engage more joyfully and honestly with the world.
I would love to share these techniques and practices with you so you too can awaken your mind and soul!

Our first session together will entail learning about your experience, interests, and goals for your meditation practice. I will also share my background and an overview of various meditation techniques.
In following sessions, we will explore different techniques to discover which work best for you (such as mantras, visualization, music).
