What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to get to know my clients, their goals, their strengths & weaknesses, and injury history before designing a program unique to them. 

I treat people as individuals and don't believe there is a 'One Size Fits All' approach to fitness. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an ACE Certified, CPR/AED Certified Fitness Professional with 5+ years experience working with Women and Men.
