Joyful Natural Wellness is a one stop shop for many of your health needs. Currently I am teaching mostly virtual lessons, however, I will do in person as needed. My name is Kylie Grogan. I am very knowledgeable about health & wellness and have a passion for helping others feel their best. I have been a Yoga Teacher for almost 4 years now and have earned my Bachelors degree in Exercise and Movement Science. This led me to obtain my ACSM-CPT certified personal trainer certification, as well as begin training to become a 1000 hour Yoga Therapist. I use my knowledge of yoga and human movement to create a therapeutic practice for any population. Whether you are looking for yoga lessons or fitness lessons I will help you reach your goals and guide you along the way. You will feel joyful, healthy, and energized. I will help you feel your best! A big thing that makes my services stand out is that I have been there. I have suffered many health issues throughout my life and made it my lifes mission to helps others feel better with the tips and tools I learned while helping myself. I love helping people feel better. When I hear clients say that our sessions have made a difference in their health and their lives it makes me feel like I fulfilled my purpose. Kylie has helped me so much with Personal Training. I have gained strength, my back doesn't hurt anymore. She is inspirational and very motivating. She has also helped me greatly with my nutrition. I love ending my week with her Gentle Yoga Class.
Typically I would contact the new client and take them through an assessment so that I can get to know them and their body better as well as understand their goals. Then we would schedule their first session depending on what they need.
