Kylie has helped me so much with Personal Training. I have gained strength, my back doesn't hurt anymore. She is inspirational and very motivating. She has also helped me greatly with my nutrition. I love ending my week with her Gentle Yoga Class.
Typically I would contact the new client and take them through an assessment so that I can get to know them and their body better as well as understand their goals. Then we would schedule their first session depending on what they need.
