I always start by understanding my students' desires and wants from their yoga practice. I then work to build out a week-by-week yoga sequence that will help my students continue to grow in their practice and evolve to more advanced yoga postures.

Private Yoga Classes: $30 for a 60-minute class
Group Yoga Class: $20 for a 60-minute class and $10 for a 30-minute class
Private Fundamental Class: $20 for a 30-minute class
Group packages and new student rates are also offered.
I have taught students ranging from early 20s to upper 50s. I have also taught students with knee injuries, back injuries, and other ailments such as glaucoma.
