What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always start by understanding my students' desires and wants from their yoga practice. I then work to build out a week-by-week yoga sequence that will help my students continue to grow in their practice and evolve to more advanced yoga postures.

Private Fundamental Class: $20, 30-minutes
Private Yoga Class: $15, 30-minutes
Private Yoga Class: $30, 60-minutes
Group packages and new student rates are also offered.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught students ranging from early 20s to upper 50s. I have also taught students with knee injuries, back injuries, and other ailments such as glaucoma.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open to trying new things and exploring asana in your yoga practice.
