I am a newly certified yoga teacher.I do yoga for about 30 years now. I am in favor of slow and gentle yoga with relaxing music and meditation, helping customers with body flexibility and pain reduction.Personal touch, knowledge is important.I like sharing yoga experience with others.It helps me a lot, that means helps anyone.I start with slow yoga, see where customer is in physical level and go from there.I love the relaxing and anxiety reduction part of yoga.I use essential oils and maditative music.

Explaining what yoga is all about, how it works, what we going to do, if a student has any health issues.We start with simple asanas to determine where student is: if a beginner, start from very simple, if more advanced, do more complex asanas.Over time students get mire flexible and happier with their accomplishments.
