    Parna is a fantastic teacher. She really understand yoga and teaches her class for all levels. Her meditation classes are also great. I really look forward to her classes and it has helped me maintain balance (pun intended) in my life . The classes are in zoom so you don’t need to leave your house .

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I personally ask my students about their intentions for the class and then I create a sequence to fulfill their needs.

I am a certified yoga teacher. Registered with Yoga Alliance and World Yoga Federation.

Kids, Seniors, Patients with Diabetes, Insomnia, Depression.
