I am an extremely qualified instructor, learning from my own life experience as a world champion in taekwando, Jujitsu, and kickboxing. Being one of the few female instructors, I excel in helping women learn to harness their power. I am avidly involved in helping my community better themselves and their surroundings.
New breed Krav Maga and fitness offers a range of classes including, kids taekwando, adults Krav Maga, women's only workout and self defense, conceal and carry in Illinois (gun safety, shooting lessons and liscensing)

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A new student can come attend a complimentary class and see if it's a good fit for them or their children. After that, basic consent forms are to be signed and they can start right away!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold 6 dan in taekwando, 3 dan in Krav Maga, brown belt in jujitsu, hold world champion belt in kickboxing, Illinois conceal carry instructor, master in spontaneous knife defense, and tactical hand gun.
