Yolander has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her love for yoga came from wanting to find an intimate space to connect her mind, body, and spirit. She wants to share her love and passion for yoga with others.

Yolander's style is warm and caring which draws individuals to her. Be ready to enter a Vinyasa practice that will comfort the mind, relax the body and enlighten the spirit.

I enjoy what I do becuase I bring the community together and create a space of serenity for all.

    Frequently asked questions

My typical process for working with a new student is understanding what he/she would like to gain from their yoga practice.  I also do an intake process where we discuss any health issues that I need to be aware of and set goals.

I have a medical background. AA in Medical Assisting, BS in Biology and a MS in Health Administration. I have my RYT 200-hours yoga certification.
Group class drop-in $12 Private session start at $65 Private group session start at $125
My love for yoga came from wanting to find an intimate space to connect with her mind, body and spirit. Wanting to share my love and passion for yoga with others, in 2017 I decided to become a certified yoga instructor. I completed RYT 200 hours certification at the Chicago School of Yoga then founded YoSoul Yoga, LLC.
I have worked with children, teens, young adults, adults and seniors. I have worked with students who have had limited mobility.
My advice to a student looking to hire a teacher is to find someone who is compatible to their yoga journey.
What are goals? How often are you will to practice the craft of yoga? Would this be your lifestyle?
