Established in 2018 by 2012 World Cup Sparring Champion Master Christopher Van Mieghem, Guardian Way Martial Arts and Fitness provides students with the opportunity to train in traditional martial arts such as Taekwondo, Hapkido and kick boxing, as well as our own national award-winning martial art – Guardian Way. Bringing world champion excellence into every level of instruction as well as employee training, Master Van Mieghem was honored to receive the best martial arts school award for 2021 from Vverge.com.

With an emphasis on self-cultivation, peer and self-defense, Guardian Way offers a unique perspective on martial art training which is accessible to all ages and skill levels. Our uniquely positive, hands-on instruction style provides an affirming and empowering environment for all who attend classes.

Our convenient schedule offers classes 6 days a week in both the morning and afternoon/evening as well as morning and afternoon classes on the weekend suitable for busy, growing families as well as business professionals. Our wide variety of class options from adult, youth, teen, family as well as toddler classes make our martial arts school a perfect fit for you and your family.

We also offer seminars, special camps and are available to run classes at your location.
