Fitness: Providing strength, speed, flexibility/mobility, and nutritional guidance for all ages and desired goals. Each program is designed to adjust for individual needs and gives you the skills/knowledge to continue maintaining healthy habits for years to come. Combat classes including self defense, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and submission grappling are also available for all ages.
Music: Classical training in music theory and applied mechanics. All ages and instruments.

Certified personal trainer, CPR, Parisi Speed & Strength, USA Wrestling certified coach, IL registered boxing coach, and 25 year martial artist.
