I am a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. I've been teaching fitness classes for 18 years. I enjoy teaching the vinyasa flow, matching movement with breath. It's a rigourous but relaxing (at the end) practice with modifications for all levels.
I currently offer three group Zoom classes online, Tues at 8 am Pilates; Wed at 8:00 am Pi-yo and Friday at 11:30 am - Vinyasa flow.
I can also teach you privately, either on Zoom or in-person. I have tested negative for COVID and can re-test as needed.
I love teaching fitness and seeing participants grow stronger and more flexible through the process.

Molly is the ultimate yoga instructor. Her flow, teaching style and positive vibes make for a great workout experience. Her balance of both strength and flexibility are always challenging but never too difficult.
I love the combination of yoga and Pilates, strength building and stretching, Molly's instructions are always clear and she has introduced several new poses to me. I've seen a lot of improvement in my strength, flexibility and reduction in back pain which I attribute to her classes :)
