I am a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. I've been teaching fitness classes for 18 years. I enjoy teaching the vinyasa flow, matching movement with breath. It's a rigourous but relaxing (at the end) practice with modifications for all levels.
I currently offer three group Zoom classes online, Tues at 8 am Pilates; Wed at 8:00 am Pi-yo and Friday at 11:30 am - Vinyasa flow.
I can also teach you privately, either on Zoom or in-person. I have tested negative for COVID and can re-test as needed.
I love teaching fitness and seeing participants grow stronger and more flexible through the process.
During these stressful times, I find exercise and fitness to be a wonderful stress ameliorator!
