I’ve practiced yoga with a dozen different instructors and Diana of Good Vibes is my favorite. Her routines - stretches and flows - include full body experiences that touch all the right spots. She is knowledgeable, she cares and her passion is clear!

Diana’s enthusiasm and her love of yoga are inspiring. Her teaching style has helped me replenish my energy and well being. Her stretch classes have helped alleviate lower back pain and have better posture. She is thoughtful and patient with her students. Highly recommend her classes.

Asking lots of questions about lifestyle and past excercise programs. Then starting to break down yoga and styles of yoga. Then teaching poses and how they look and feel in your body and then go through a yoga session.

I am a rekei master energy healer and have been teaching yoga since graduating from Asheville yoga center since 2014. I took first class at Charlotte yoga over 20 years ago, before anyone offered it local to me in Belmont . When simply yoga opened in Belmont I decided to become teacher. Since then , I'm always excited to meet newbies to yoga because it's changed my life for the better!

What types of students have you worked with?

All types from way overweight and not healthy at all to people with headache problems, back issues, scoliosis, high anxiety, no flexibility.  Etc....

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Today a man came in 75 lb overweight and in 7 different medications and is ready to be healthy and fit! That excites me because I know I can change the quality of his life!
